In 1992 Cary Gershowitz found his passion in the bakery department. After 22 years of managing the bakery at Publix, he  decided to practice his skills by working at reputable local bakeries like Frida's Cafe, Alessi bakery and Mazzaro. In 2018 he decided to open his own cafe & pastry shop. Cary and his team are committed to only use the finest ingredients and bake from scratch.
